Class Types

Classical Reformer (Beg/Int)

Classical Reformer Pilates is a method of reformer exercise designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. 

This class features beginner and intermediate level exercise progressions on the Pilates Reformer. Class speed may vary from moderate to faster paced at the instructor's discretion.

Classical Reformer
(Int/Adv)

Classical Reformer Pilates is a method of reformer exercise designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. 

This class features advanced level exercise progressions on the Pilates Reformer. Class speed may vary from moderate to faster paced at the instructor's discretion. You should be able to maintain a plank position for a minimum of 30 seconds and be able to perform bridging.

Reformer Infinity Bar

Reformer Infinity Bar Pilates is a method of reformer exercises designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. 

Experience an infinitely different Pilates workout! Our Balanced Body reformers feature the Infinity Bare which travels the length of the machine - providing over 20 different workout positions - to give you a fresh, fun take on the spectacular benefits of the Pilates method.

Jump Board Reformer

Pilates Jump Board classes are fun, fast paced, calorie-burning and heart healthy. The customized jump board takes your Pilates practice up a notch while toning the body and torching calories by blending cardio with traditional and contemporary Pilates movements. Add in a few props to spice things up, and you have a fun workout guaranteed to challenge you. 

This is an unapologetically demanding workout. The cardio/plyometric/Pilates combination is every bot as tough as it sounds. The routine involves a lot of jumping while laying on your back, using a customized reformer jump board to help protect your joints. Expect to break a sweat in this class.

Chair Pilates

Chair work based on Pilates principles - designed to strengthen your core, pelvic floor, and back. 

Using the Wunda Chair strengthens the core, glutes, and improves posture, mobility and balance. Join us for a fun and challenging class, sure to burn calories and you Pilates Strong!

Flatbed/Tower

Classical Reformer Pilates is a method of reformer/cadillac exercise designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body.

These classes are designed for everyone - from newcomers to Pilates to advanced practitioners, adding tower classes into your routine is a sure way to fine tune movements, gain better body awareness and gain flexibility and mobility of the spine.

Sling

Sling Pilates is a great compliment to any workout routine. Sling is a form of suspension training that uses sling supported low impact exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability - simultaneously.

Sling Pilates Classes use a suspension system called a "sling" to perform Pilates exercises. During this low impact class we use the sling to support and suspend various parts of our bodies while performing traditional Pilates exercises such as the plank, bridge and roll-up. In this fun class, participants can engage their core muscles in new and challenging ways, improve balance and flexibility, while also experience the benefits of suspension training. 

Classes are suitable for people of all fitness levels, as the intensity of the workout is adjusted based on each level of participants needs and abilities offered in classes from beginner to advanced.

TRX

TRX is a great compliment to any workout routine. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses participant's own body weight as resistance to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability - fast! 

TRX looks intimidating at first, but starting with basics, you will be shocked how strong you will get in a short period of time. Classic Pilates is also used in TRX - making those fundamentals you learn in Pilates translate into your TRX classes. 

People who like yoga and Pilates tend to enjoy TRX because it draws from each of the disciplines. TRX is great for runners, cyclists, or any athlete looking to add a different kind of strength training to their existing routine. It can help improve mobility and stability increase metabolic results, build lean muscle, and development functional strength. 

If you are looking for a fun and challenging workout - this class is for you!

Pilates Mat
Stretch & Strength

Mat work involves preforming exercises on the floor using a mat as well as various Pilates props like the Magic Circle, Ball or Theraband. The main fitness goal of a Mat Stretch and Strength  class is to improve flexibility, muscle tone, balance, spinal support and flexibility, improve strength, and increase mind-body awareness.

Grab your mat and join us for a challenging yet relaxing class which will have you feeling better and taller when you finish class.

Barre

Barre has a different meaning in very studio. At Studio One-Eleven, Barre workouts are a fusion of Pilates, strength training and ballet. Barre classes are isometric movements that target specific muscle groups. 

Barre participants can expect to improve overall strength, balance, flexibility, muscle definition, weight loss and posture.

In Barre class you will use Gliders, Bender balls, resistance bands, and weights. Barre class will make you feel muscles you didn't know you had.

Yoga

This class will focus on improving flexibility, balance and strength.

Attention will be given to the breath in order to connect with movement from pose to pose. This class will give attention to precision bodily placement, often with longer holds of yoga poses. This class will also focus on improving flexibility, balance and strength. The instructor will guide a class specific to different poses to focus on body alignment.
